Full Day to Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Arusha — Your Adventure Begins

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, you’ll be greeted by your Alvin African Safaris guide and transferred to your lodge. Take time to relax and prepare for the exciting days ahead.

Day 2: Arusha to Tarangire National Park — Elephant Encounters

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its giant baobab trees and some of the largest elephant herds in Africa. As you explore, look out for lions, giraffes, zebras, leopards, and abundant birdlife.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in the park, followed by more wildlife viewing in the afternoon. Later, continue to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Karatu to Serengeti National Park — Into the Wild

Today, journey through the scenic Ngorongoro Conservation Area, with a stop to admire panoramic views of the crater, before descending onto the vast plains of the Serengeti. Depending on the season, your accommodations will be positioned to maximize your chances of witnessing the Great Migration.

After a picnic lunch and game drive, settle in at your Serengeti lodge or camp for a night under the African stars.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park — Full-Day Exploration

Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater — Wildlife & Wonders

Savor a final Serengeti sunrise before heading toward the Ngorongoro Crater. Descend 600 meters into this incredible natural amphitheater, home to a dense concentration of wildlife including elephants, wildebeest, zebras, lions, and the elusive black rhino.

After your crater game drive and picnic lunch, return to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Lake Manyara National Park to Arusha — Safari Finale

After a final picnic lunch and game drive, return to Arusha or transfer to the airport, wrapping up your unforgettable safari adventure.
